We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.
If your item is defective we can provide a refund if the faulty items are returned within 48 hours of receiving the faulty product. The refund will only be processed if the items are returned in their original state -including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories -we cannot offer a refund if only partial items are returned.
YOUTH ELIXR does not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for incorrect goods received.
Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.
Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
Please note it is your responsibility for the cost of returning the faulty item.
